NOTE: If you join today, your first CAUSEBOX will be the Spring CAUSEBOX.
As the COVID-19 pandemic forces us to collectively adjust our lives in so many ways, we are working hard to ensure a safe and clean environment* for those who prepare each CAUSEBOX, while doing our best to limit increased shipping times.
We are happy to confirm Spring Boxes are actively shipping and, at this time, we expect all existing orders to ship by early April — with new orders shipping on a rolling basis thereafter.
*Consistent with CDC guidelines, we've worked with our longtime fulfillment partner to take the following actions:
- Frequent and mandatory hand washing for all staff, supported by extra portable washing stations.
- 6 ft. minimum distance requirements for any staff in adjacent stationary locations.
- Routine use of gloves and sanitizer.
- Screening for COVID-19 associated symptoms at start of, and on an ongoing basis throughout, the work day.
According to our standard shipping timelines, your CAUSEBOX may take anywhere from 2-8 business days* to arrive following the date of shipment.
*Standard shipping times may increase around the holiday season
*Shipments to PO Box addresses in Canada may take 3-4 weeks longer than our standard shipping timeline. Shipments to some international U.S. military addresses may be delayed by a week or more.
As soon as your CAUSEBOX has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation to the email address associated with your account so you are able to track your order, as well as view your expected delivery date.
For regular updates on current shipping timelines throughout each season, visit your SUBSCRIPTIONS AND ORDERS page of your account, when logged in. Under 'My Subscriptions' you will be able to view the most recent shipping status of the corresponding subscription for that season. Once your order has shipped, you will be able to directly access your tracking link for delivery.
SHIPPING TO EXISTING MEMBERS & NEW MEMBERS THAT PRE-ORDERED:
When you join as a Member of CAUSEBOX during pre-order, the upcoming CAUSEBOX will be reserved for you and typically ships during the first month of each season (March, June, September, and December).
SHIPPING TO NEW MEMBERS IN-SEASON:
When you join as a Member of CAUSEBOX during the season (please view the table below), the CAUSEBOX currently for sale will be reserved for you and will typically ship within 2-4 weeks of purchase. This timeline is often much quicker (frequently less than a week) if joining outside of the first month of each season (March, June, September, December) should you be lucky enough to still reserve a box before the season sells out!
To avoid the delay of your CAUSEBOX, please ensure that your Shipping and Billing Information are up-to-date prior to the 1st of the month of each season (March, June, September, and December). Please visit our FAQs to learn more about how to update your Shipping Information and/or Billing information.
If your CAUSEBOX has already shipped to an out-of-date address, we are unfortunately unable to retroactively adjust the shipping address for that specific box and recommend you contact the shipping carrier directly to see if they are able to redirect your package. Of course, you may always send an email to our Community Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org with any further questions!
