For Annual Members that purchased their subscription any time prior to the customization window opening for a particular season, the CAUSEBOX Custom tool used to select and save your CAUSEBOX Custom choices will be found in your CUSTOMIZE MY BOX page, when logged into your account, once the customization window is open. A CAUSEBOX Custom notification will become visible at the top of your MY ACCOUNT homepage at this time. Rolling emails will also be sent to all Annual Members notifying them the customization window has opened for the upcoming season.
For Annual Members who purchased their subscription AFTER the initial customization window has opened for the season, you will be instructed to visit your CUSTOMIZE MY BOX page in your account to make sure you make your custom selections immediately after checkout.
Once the customization window has closed, you will see a notice under your 'Customize My Box' section that reads "SELECTION WINDOW IS OVER..." and you will be unable to make any any further changes to your choice selections. The most recently saved choices will be applied to your order and we will begin preparing your CAUSEBOX for shipment!
- Log in to your Account at causebox.com/account/login
- Visit your CUSTOMIZE MY BOX page.
- If you do not see the CAUSEBOX Custom notification at the top of your CUSTOMIZE MY BOX page, then the customization window has yet to open for the upcoming season.
- From the dropdown menu find and select the Annual Subscription that you would like to customize.
- Click on your preferred choice products to customize (*NOTE: when you click on your preferred choice, the remaining choices should appear faded).
- Click the SAVE CHOICES button to complete your customization!
- If you have multiple Annual Subscriptions to customize, be sure to select them from the drop down menu and follow the instructions above — clicking the SAVE CHOICES button each time to complete your customization.
- Once your CAUSEBOX has been customized, you may still go back to your Customize My Box section to view and change your existing selections (as long as the customization window is still open).
- Reminder! Click the SAVE CHOICES button after making any new changes.
If the Market is open during the customization window, and a choice selection is available in the Market, you will see an ORDER AN EXTRA button directly below that choice item. Should you click this button, that item will be added to your Market cart. Please note — in order to receive the extra item you will need to visit the Market and confirm your purchase.
