For Annual Members that purchased their subscription any time prior to the customization window opening for a particular season, the CAUSEBOX Custom tool used to select and save your CAUSEBOX Custom choices will be found in your MY ACCOUNT page once the customization window is open. A CAUSEBOX Custom notification will become visible at the top of your MY ACCOUNT page at this time. Rolling emails will also be sent to all Annual Members notifying them that the customization window has opened for the upcoming season.
For Annual Members who purchased their subscription AFTER the initial customization window has opened for the season, you will be prompted to make your custom selections at the time of purchase during checkout.
Once the customization window has closed, the choices most recently saved will be applied to your order and we will begin preparing your CAUSEBOX for shipment! Please carefully review the latest update on your MY ACCOUNT page (example below) identifying the cutoff time after which any preceding orders can no longer have their CAUSEBOX Custom choices modified.
- Log in to MY ACCOUNT at causebox.com
- If you do not see the CAUSEBOX Custom notification at the top of your MY ACCOUNT page, then the customization window has yet to open for the upcoming season.
- From the dropdown menu find and select the Annual Subscription that you would like to customize and click the button CUSTOMIZE YOUR BOX — a window will expand to show the available CAUSEBOX Custom choices
- Click on your preferred choice products to customize (*NOTE: when you click on your preferred choice, a check mark should appear and the remaining choices should appear faded)
- Click the SAVE CHOICES button to complete your customization!
- If you have multiple Annual Subscriptions to customize, be sure to select them from the drop down menu and follow the instructions above — clicking the SAVE CHOICES button each time to complete your customization.
- Once your CAUSEBOX has been customized, the CAUSEBOX Custom notification should include a button that reads VIEW MY SELECTIONS — you may click this button to view or change your existing selections
- Reminder! Click the SAVE CHOICES button after making any new changes.
