*NOTE: Shipping information must be updated prior to the seasonal renewal date (March 1st, June 1st, September 1st, December 1st) to avoid receiving the upcoming CAUSEBOX to your previous address.
To update your shipping information:
- Log in to MY ACCOUNT at causebox.com
- To successfully add a new address to your account, click the ADD button under the Shipping Information section
- You’re not done yet! To link your new address to a particular subscription, locate the subscription that you would like to update by scrolling down to view your active subscriptions under the Subscriptions Section
- Click the EDIT button to the right of the corresponding subscription
- A drop down menu will appear. Expand the drop down menu and select the newly created shipping address to assign it.
- Click the SAVE button to complete your update!
If your CAUSEBOX has already shipped to an out-of-date address, we are unfortunately unable to retroactively adjust the shipping address for that specific box and recommend you contact the shipping carrier directly to see if they are able to redirect your package. Of course, you may always send an email to our Community Support Team at email@example.com with any further questions!
