Before you subscribe as a Member of CAUSEBOX, you will be prompted to create an account with us, which can be accessed at any time by heading to your MY ACCOUNT page. Here, you will be able to navigate to your SUBSCRIPTIONS AND ORDERS page to be able to view any active subscriptions under your 'My Subscriptions' section and confirm your recent purchase has been successfully processed. Your Active subscription(s) as listed in your 'My Subscriptions' section should look like this:
Additionally, following your purchase, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. If you did not receive an order confirmation email to your inbox or spam folder, it is likely there may have been a typo when inputting your email to create your account username.
If you see a charge from CAUSEBOX on your method of payment, but do not see an active subscription reflected in your MY ACCOUNT page and/or did not receive an order confirmation email, please reach out to our Community Support team at email@example.com.
