You can check to see if your subscription purchase processed correctly by logging in to your My Account Page and looking under your "Subscriptions" section. Here is a screenshot of an account with an active subscription:
If you do not see an Active subscription, your purchase did not process successfully. Please confirm that your billing info is accurate and then attempt to subscribe again here: causebox.com/subscribe
NOTE: Occasionally, PayPal blocks the return connection back to our website (needed to complete checkout). You may think you have purchased using PayPal, but the transaction actually didn't process successfully. The best thing to do is to attempt to add/link your PayPal account to your CAUSEBOX account via this My Account page.
