We're constantly re-evaluating our shipping operations to improve delivery timelines and tracking clarity! To that end, we recently changed shipping carriers! If your tracking link was showing a target delivery day, but is now showing "Pending Delivery" please be patient. Occasionally (and especially during the Winter season), there are delays at certain transit hubs that can add 1-4 days to the overall delivery time. But, usually, we see the tracking link update with new information after a couple of days!
If you feel your box has truly stalled / is lost, feel free to let us know and we will attempt to track it down with our shipping carrier.
