We currently ship to both US and Canadian PO Boxes, with extended delivery times for Canadian PO boxes — please see a more detailed explanation below:
We currently offer expedited shipping to Canada via Fedex. Unfortunately, this service does not deliver to PO Box/Box addresses. To take advantage of this expedited shipping service, you will need to provide a physical shipping address. If you do not have a physical address, you can still use your Canadian PO Box/ Box address, but the delivery may take 3-4 weeks longer. Please keep in mind that all Canadian Members are charged an additional $7.95 USD for shipping, regardless of the shipping service, in order to cover the cost of international shipping.
If a Canadian PO Box/Box address is currently associated with your subscription(s) and you'd like to provide a physical address, you can update the address at any time by logging into your MY ACCOUNT page (step-by-step instructions can be found here) or by providing your new shipping address to our Community Support Team! If your box has already shipped, we are unfortunately unable to retroactively adjust the shipping address for that specific box.
