We currently ship to both US and Canadian PO Boxes, with extended delivery times for *Canadian PO boxes* (see below).
We recently improved our shipping timeline to our Canadian members with an expedited shipping alternative via Fedex! Unfortunately, the service does not deliver to PO Box / Box addresses :( To take advantage of this expedited shipping service, you will need to provide a physical shipping address. If you do not have a physical address, you can still use your PO Box/ Box address, but the delivery could take 2-3 weeks longer.
If a Canadian PO Box / Box address is already associated with your subscription(s) and you'd like to provide a new address, you can update the address at any time by logging into your My Account page (step-by-step instructions can be found here) or by providing your new shipping address via email to email@example.com.
