If you are currently a Quarterly Member interested in upgrading your subscription to an Annual Membership (to be granted the ability to customize your seasonal boxes and save money!), you can easily do so from your SUBSCRIPTIONS AND ORDERS page in your 'My Account'.
To upgrade your Quarterly Subscription to an Annual Subscription:
- Log in to your account at causebox.com/account/login
- Visit your SUBSCRIPTIONS AND ORDERS page.
- Locate the subscription you would like to upgrade under your My Subscriptions section and click on 'Upgrade', located to the right of the corresponding subscription.
- Please read through the upgrade details pop-up and click the "YES, UPGRADE ME!" button when ready to confirm the upgrade.
- Once the upgrade has been processed, you will be receive the confirmation 'You've Been Upgraded!' — Congratulations!
- If the customization window is open for the season, you will be able to customize your box from your CUSTOMIZE MY BOX page in your My Account. For detailed instructions please see our FAQ I’m an Annual Member — how do I customize my box?

*NOTE: We highly recommend upgrading your membership prior to the 1st of each Quarterly renewal month (March for Spring, June for Summer, September for Fall, and December for Winter) to ensure your seasonal CAUSEBOX has not shipped with your existing Quarterly Subscription!
