Winter Add-On Market: Winter Add-On Market orders are expected to begin shipping in late December and continue shipping throughout January. In an effort to ensure our fulfillment team members and are safe and socially distanced during the holiday period, and throughout the course of the pandemic, this year we will not be offering holiday shipping for Market purchases. At this time, Add-On Market purchases will NOT be shipped with your Seasonal Box, so they are not tied to the current seasonal box shipping timeline.
Please Note: Some items may ship separately to protect them from damage during the shipping process, such as sunglasses and leather bags. This will not have any impact on the shipping and handling costs paid.
Market items do not ship instantly. What they say is true: good things come to those who wait!
Applicable expected shipping timelines will be communicated at check out and typically on order receipts.
Additionally, you can check the shipping status of your Market orders by visiting your SUBSCRIPTIONS AND ORDERS page of your account, when logged in. Scroll down the page until you see ‘My Market Orders.’ On the right you will the shipping status of the corresponding order. Once the order has shipped, you will be able to directly access your tracking link for the delivery.
