Each CAUSEBOX includes a curation of 6-8 products that are beautiful, useful, and give back — a handful of which are customizable!
Customizable, or ‘choice products,’ can include anything from the selection of a color/style of a product (for example, the Stackable Bento Box in either Sunflower, Blush, or Cloud), to the choice between completely different products (for example, Wild + Free Bandana or the Self-Care Planner).
Annual Members are able to customize their box and make choice product selections each season as a perk of making a longer term commitment to the membership, while Quarterly Member selections will be made by our team!
If you are an Annual Member, you will be notified by email when the customization window opens each season. Customization is currently open for the spring season, so you can log into your My Account page now to customize your Spring Box!
If you are a Quarterly Member and would like to customize your CAUSEBOX each season, you can upgrade your subscription today by clicking the ‘upgrade’ button in your My Account page at causebox.com — this can be found next to your existing Quarterly Subscription, under the ‘Subscriptions and Orders’ heading. *If you’d like to customize your Spring Box, be sure to upgrade your subscription no later than March 1st.
The customization window will typically remain open for a week and email notifications will be sent as we near the end of the window to give Annual Members ample time to make their customizations. Whether you choose to customize during the start of, or the end of, the choice window does not affect the choice options available to you, nor does it affect the timing of the shipment of your box! Annual Members joining after customization closes will be prompted to make their selections during checkout.
