How do I send out my unique referral link?
- As long as you are a current CAUSEBOX Member with an active subscription, head to https://causebox.com/friends
- Enter your email address and click: Invite Friends. NOTE: if you are already logged into your CAUSEBOX account, you will likely skip the email entry step and be taken directly to the "share" page (step 3, below)
- Click to share via email or simply copy your link by clicking "Share By Link" to copy your direct referral link and paste to anywhere of your choosing - Twitter, SMS, direct message - possibilities are endless!
What happens next?
- In order to receive an account credit reward, your friend must click your referral link and make a subscription purchase on our website
- After your referral makes a purchase, is confirmed a valid referral, and is approved, we will send both you and your referral an email notification confirming the reward. This email will include additional details about estimated shipping times.
- We currently expect referral reward products to begin shipping out in mid-October, and weekly for newly processed referrals thereafter, as supplies last. Please Note: it may take at least 7 days for your referral reward to process from time of the referred purchase.
- We kindly ask you refrain from sending an email to our support team immediately as it can take a bit for the referral to clear. However, if you are certain your friend has purchased and received a box, and you have still not received a confirmation email after 7 days, or, if you are a referring member, you do not see the referral showing in your Referral Count Tracker in your Account Details page after 7 days, please reach out to our community support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your email we kindly ask you to include both your email address linked to your CAUSEBOX Account as well as the email address of the individual you referred to ensure we are able to quickly address your inquiry!
How do I keep track of my referrals?
- After your referral makes a purchase and is confirmed a valid referral, we will send you an email notification confirming the reward.
- You can keep track of your referrals in your Account Details page by viewing your Referral Count Tracker!
The offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. Referral rewards cannot be applied to previous purchases or referrals.
In order to refer friends and receive referral rewards, you must be a CAUSEBOX Member with an active subscription. Offer valid only for new member referrals - referred must be first-time CAUSEBOX Members and must live in a separate household from the referrer. Referring existing or past members will not result in a credit reward. Creating new accounts under the same billing info as the referee, even to purchase subscriptions as gifts, will not qualify as a valid referral. If the subscription is cancelled and refunded prior to the 1st box being sent, the referral will no longer qualify.
